DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT FOR THE MONITORING SERVICE?
While that option is available, it is not required. If you choose to purchase the system outright, your monitoring service will be month to month. If you're interested in getting the system for free, then you can sign a monitoring contract for 36 months. Please contact us for further details.

IF I PURCHASE AN ALARM FROM FREEDOM SECURITY SOLUTIONS, WILL IT BE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY?
Yes, Alarm systems installed and monitored by Freedom Security Solutions are supported by an industry leading parts and labour warranty for as long as the system is monitored. Should you choose to have a system installed but not have it monitored it will be covered under warranty for a period of one year.

HOW WILL MY PET AFFECT THE MOTION DETECTORS?
All of our motion detectors are pet immune up to 60 lbs. If you have a larger dog, we can upgrade the motions to 90lbs pet immune so your pet can roam the house freely.

CAN I ARM THE SYSTEM AT NIGHT? IF I NEED TO GET A DRINK OR USE THE WASHROOM, WILL THAT SET THE ALARM OFF?
At night you can arm the system in the stay mode. This will only arm the exterior doors and windows allowing you to roam the house without worry. The motion detectors will only be activated in the away mode.
